Customizing your ADU

Make sure your ADU fits your style inside and out. Our exterior finishes include roof shingles, vinyl lap or board and batten siding, any exterior paint color, doors & hardware, window frames, lighting. For the interior, we include LVP flooring, doors and hardware, baseboard and trim, Sherwin William interior paint, ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms, kitchen and bath finishes, appliances, and more. All options can be modified or upgraded — just tell us your vision and we’ll work with you to make it happen.
