We loved our experience working with Austin Tiny Homes, they built us an amazing ADU. We have a 14 month old daughter and the grandparents love visiting. The unit is perfect for them.

Amanda, Central Texas

I’ve been so impressed with the details, professionalism, options, and communication. We are adding a granny shack to our backyard for my MIL so she is close but has her own space and privacy and she’s gotten to take a pre-made space and customize it to what she wants. Watching it go up has been thrilling and the kids love playing in it in the evenings and telling everyone about their Granna’s house in the backyard.

Samip, Central Texas

Austin Tiny Homes is the best around! From the first interaction, the team made the process easy and seamless. During the initial site visit, it was clear to me they understood how to make a project vision come to life, have a great sense of design and know how to seamlessly incorporate a new ADU into the site plan and with the existing house. I wouldn’t recommend anybody else to make your project come to life.

If you’re looking for a tiny home done right, look no further than Austin Tiny Homes. Duran and his crew knocked it out of the park from start to finish. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and honestly just refreshing…The craftsmanship is top notch and the attention to detail really shows. John, Central Texas

Great experience with Duran and his team! They were able to convert our old and dark detached garage into an amazing open and light 1BR, 1 bath home. The communication throughout the process was really good and pricing was very transparent. I am still amazed at what was accomplished without adding one additional square foot to the garage. One before and a few after photos included. I highly recommend this team.

Meg, Central Texas

Cannot recommend Duran and his team enough to anyone looking to add some functional space to their property. From the collaborative, open design process, to the unreal level of transparency and communication from foundation to final walk through – working with Duran way exceeded my expectations.

John, Lago Vista

We had the pleasure of working with Austin Tiny Homes to build an ADU on our property in Lago Vista, and the experience was excellent from start to finish…Their team did a fantastic job throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was how reliable they were they started and finished exactly when they said they would, which is huge in construction…I highly recommend Austin Tiny Homes to any short-term rental owners looking to add an ADU and increase revenue. Great team, great work, and a smooth experience all around.

We had a great experience working with this team on our ADU project. They built a clean, functional space that works well as both an office and a guest room. The process was straightforward, communication was solid, and the work was done on time. We’re really happy with how everything turned out and would recommend them.

From our first conversation to the last paint drop dried, Duran and his team were first rate and truly made our dreams come true building my mom’s casita in our backyard. He ensured all our requests (which were many) were met…5 stars from start to finish. What a blessing to have my mom so close and in such a high quality home. Do not hesitate to use Duran and Austin Tiny Homes.

Jennifer, Central Texas

They built the pool house of our dreams, and it exceeded our expectations. They listened to our design ideas, drew up a great plan, and were open to adding all the extras we wanted: electrical upgrades, floor upgrades, extra windows, exterior design details, a great front porch with a wood ceiling…the list goes on. We are greatly enjoying our new space. [Austin Tiny Homes] worked very fast and we were done in about 3 months.

Jensen, Central Texas

[Austin Tiny Homes] was phenomenal to work with. The prices are extremely reasonable, and they were only ever helpful and informative, they never pressed with a hard sell. Would highly recommend this team if you’re interested in an ADU.

Schley, Central Texas

Duran really did an amazing job with our ADU (600sqft/2 bedroom). We ran into some permitting snags but he was able to navigate us through it and made the whole process super low stress for us. All the subcontractors and crews that he works with were very professional and highly skilled. We ended up with a great, well-built place and couldn’t be happier!
